Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.

  • Items missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at mail with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us.

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange your item, please email mail within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and details. We will arrange for a free return or replacement.
